Our inspiration for Daphne came from Metamorphoses by Roman poet Ovid. Daphne is described as the daughter of the river-god Pineios. She is a minor figure in Greek mythology, a type of female nymph associated with fountains, wells, springs.

It is a chunky ring but we love things to be bold and strong! Carved in wax where we allow the textures to come through when casting in metal.

Created using a hammer and doming tool to create the effect. The finishing on the ring is unique one ring has a bright yellow gold finish is added to the inside of the ring and the other a bight silver finish.
